Partnerships Manager – Sales

Job Description

  • Become a member of our oneAudience team and help expand our business
  • Work as part of the business development team to meet sales targets
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in sales / business development
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in English- MUST
  • Technology oriented
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs- advantage
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent- advantage
